The controls Burnix gives you over your data, and the honest state of tracking in the app.

Leaderboard visibility

Your leaderboard profile is visible by default: any signed-in Burnix user can see your display name, level, and total XP on the leaderboard. An in-app control to make your profile private is not yet available; deleting your account removes your leaderboard profile.

Achievement and photo sharing

Your game profile records achievement-sharing and photo-sharing flags in its data, but there is no in-app control for them yet and nothing publishes your progress photos. Photo sharing is off by default; progress photos stay private to your account either way.

Notifications

  • In the app’s notification settings you can turn off workout reminders, program reminders, coach replies, support replies, streak and achievement updates, and the marketing “Offers” category — Burnix checks these preferences before sending you those pushes. App-wide announcements are delivered to all devices; you control them through your device’s notification settings.
  • Quiet hours let you set a window during which Burnix holds marketing (“Offers”) pushes; other notifications are not affected.
  • You can also disable Burnix notifications entirely in your device’s system settings.

Using Burnix without an account

Burnix works without registration: an anonymous account is created for you automatically, and you can simply choose never to link an email, Google, or Apple identity to it.

Advertising and tracking

Burnix contains no advertising SDKs, does not show ads, and does not sell or share your personal data for advertising. The app does include Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring, which automatically collect device identifiers, app-instance identifiers, crash reports, and performance measurements — see the Privacy Policy for details.

GDPR and CCPA

Burnix is operated by Nortiva, based in the Republic of Kosovo. Privacy-rights requests from any region — including requests made under the GDPR or the CCPA — are handled by email at privacy@burnix.app. Nortiva has not designated an EU representative or a registered CCPA agent; that email address is the request channel for all regions.
