The service

Burnix is a fitness and nutrition app that provides workout programs and sessions, workout logging, nutrition logging and meal planning, body-progress tracking with optional photos, achievements and friend challenges, an AI fitness coach, and an in-app support chat.

Your account

• Burnix creates an anonymous account for you automatically, so you can use the app without registering. You may link an email/password, Google, or Apple account to keep your data across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your linked sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account and its data at any time — see the Account Deletion page.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users — including through your display name, the leaderboard, friend requests, or challenges.
• Do not misuse the support chat. Support staff may close conversations that are abusive or off-topic.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.
• Do not interfere with, probe, or attempt to reverse engineer the service or circumvent its security or rate limits.

Health, fitness, and nutrition disclaimer

Burnix is not medical advice and is not a medical device. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Calorie and macronutrient figures in Burnix are estimates. Do not rely on them for medical or clinical purposes.

AI coach disclaimer

AI coach responses are AI-generated suggestions. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutrition advice. Use your own judgment and the health disclaimer above when acting on them.

Intellectual property

The Burnix app and its content — workout programs, sessions, exercises, recipes, and meal plans — belong to Nortiva or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep the rights to the content you submit (notes, photos, and messages) and grant us the permission needed to store it and show it back to you as part of operating the service.

Termination

You may stop using Burnix or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability and governing law

Burnix is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nortiva is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app — including training or nutrition outcomes and reliance on AI coach responses (see the disclaimers above). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Burnix is operated by Nortiva, Ferizaj, Republic of Kosovo. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
